Brake sensor question
I had the red car lift sign going on and off for a while ... and eventually turned on permanently.
I changed brake pads and rotors not too long ago, so I suspect one of break sensors is broken. The question is, if I am right about the observation, is there a way to find out which brake sensor(front driver or rear passenger) is busted without taking off the wheel? Thank you |

You should have changed out the sensors when the brakes were done. The sensors trip and must be replaced or bypassed ( create a loop harness).

Where is BrakesNotBreaks when you need him?
Always best to replace sensors when doing the brake job. Take the sensors out and inspect them. See: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1272593 TLDR: go to the last post.
