TechronD

Just a FYI. I noticed Chevron is again selling TechronD (diesels) additive in AP stores. May want to try it out.

Doesn't every documentation that we have for our diesel state that we shouldn't add additives?

You mean like the bottles of BMW branded Texhron that can be found at the dealerships?

BMW like all manufacturers has to protect itself from stupid people so a "no additives " position is one hundred percent consistent with that.

Chevron used to sell at the pumps a high cetane diesel called TechronD. It didn't sell well 15 yrs ago.

Yeah i know the BMW branded ones for our gas counterparts, but i don't recall seeing as much plastering of "no additives" stickers on those cars then in the diesels.

Didn't know that Chevron has that before, good to know. Interested to see if techron for diesels gains as much popularity as the regular one does for gas. Thanks for the information
