can't start the engine after flashing

Hi Guys,

Unfortunately i have a big problem after flashing almost all ECU's with Esys. First of all i was not able to flash because of a TAL error (Fatal error while executing tal! - FA must be set....(1358). So i flashed without cddeploy because i friend said so. After flashing EGS and FLA no problem with anything but the i flashed all other ECU's (not ACSM) and now i can't start the engine and a lot of failure messages appears like:
driving stabilisation, increased stee. effort., fuel supply, convertible roof - check secure (even if i don't have a convertible roof), parking break failure, lane departure warning failure (don't have it), drivetrain fault, Park assist (don't have it), front end collision warning failure (don't have it), traffic jam assist failure (don't have it), driver assistance (don't have it), SOS call system failure (don't have it) and finally instrument cluster update required.

My car is an european 318d touring (F31)

I tried already to delete all Errors with Tool32, but a second later all of them appear again.

Can someone help me?

Thank you very much in advance.

I think you now should try ISTA+ aka Rheingold to delete these errors.

THX but i fixed it now by coding all the ECU's again with cddeploy. Problem was that first you have to hit Read VIN out of FA and then Read FA, but in all instructions it is mentioned in the other way around.

Glad it got fixed. cddeploy injects new CAFD and VO Codes. So without, you need to check car for missing CAF's.

Is there a place where all the acronyms in this thread are explained?

Thanks for that. Question: Is it possible to code doors to unlock when transmission is put in park? I didn't see it on any of the programming lists I've seen for Bimmercode.

There is coding for auto-unlocking when engine is turned off. I have not seen any for when in Park. But, if you press start/stop, engine is turned off and vehicle goes into P.
