Car won't start after throttle actuator replacement?

So I just replaced one of my throttle actuators (diy) on my e90 m3 and I'm not sure wtf is going on..car drove perfectly when I drove it for a couple of miles after i replaced the actuator. I then parked the car for 20 mins then restarted it to a rough idle, rpm would go from 500 to 1000, then back to 500.

After I got home I noticed that I didn't properly install the intake plenum. Not sure if this is what caused this mess..

I pulled these codes today after starting it up

Filmed a cold start this morning--》

Garage List
Hmm...perhaps a vacuum leak perhaps due to improperly seated plenum?

Your title says it won't start, but you describe rough idling?

First, as mentioned I'd suggest to retrace your steps and confirm all electrical connectors are seated properly

Soooooooooo my mechanic found a napkin in the idle control valve which caused this bullshit... What the fuck. I didn't mess with the ICV while changing my actuator so i have no idea how the hell that happened....

Car runs great now, $500 for 5 hours of labor down the shitter

At first the car would not start however i noticed that after letting the car sit for a while (5+ hours) The car would start with a very, very rough idle.

Did you have napkins around when you were working on the car?

I'm perplexed as to how that could have happened. When replacing the TVA I was able to lift most of the wiring harness and saw where the ICV sat, but I thought it was a closed system except for the tubing that connects to the plenum? Anyway, at least you got it fixed!
