haha, I'm seriously thinking it if I can't find any dealership to help me out with MSRP and a reasonable ordering timeline out here

Go to SoCal. Might as well call the Bay area dealers to try but they were of no help to me in January.

I ended up going down to So Cal and got mine for MSRP less the fleet discount. Up here in the Bay Area I was not having a lot off luck getting anyone to play ball.

Ditto here. All bay area dealers were not helpful (long lists, some asking for over MSRP) when I started my search in February. I had a positive experience at Long Beach BMW - took about two and a half months from when I ordered it and I picked it up.
