Window Regulator Change

I decided to prop my window up due to the fact that the window regulator will not arrive for another 2 weeks. After i removed the regulator I decided to let the window all the way down incase it falls and breaks the glass while i was working on something else. After trying to lift it back it seems like it is misaligned or out of place. The glass is bumping against something preventing me from lifting it up completely. Any input would be appreciated greatly.

i bolted my window in place with a bolt covered in rubber hose
