I have a pioneer double Din and love it. You may get better responses by posting in the audio sub forum.

No worries. This forum is a GREAT resource, but it pays to understand a few basics, namely searching before posting, and posting in the right place.
Remember that many of the experts here are happy to help, but would also get annoyed at answering the same Q over and over again. Can't stress the importance of search before post. Welcome to the forum! And good luck!

With regards to your original question, there are so many options it comes down to preference.
Broad categories of options: 1. Standard double DIN deck (like the Pioneer I have installed). With an appropriate harness and bezel, pretty much ANY double DIN HU can work. Most bezels tend to stick out a bit at the bottom, and if you have manual climate controls (like I do, 3 dials instead of a small screen), there are fewer bezel options available. 2. OEM-type aftermarket unit (Dynavin, Eonon, others). Most OEM look and feel. Some run android, others their own software. Dynavin seems to be the highest quality option, with good sound quality, others are good also, but may lack in sound quality or build/component quality, depending on which unit (some of the cheaper units from China for example). 3. Retain OEM HU, install dash-mount tablet. A number of people have done something similar, the most "custom" route, but you can choose to keep it simple, or quite intricate. Search for all three options in the forums, you'll get a lot more detail, and see what challenges people faced during their install / setup.
