If you're talking about the pump on the fluid tank, it should just pop-in/pressure fit.

Hi, thanks for replying, I just want to cut the pipe on the headlight washer, not the windshield one, am I able to do that?

Oh I misread your original post. The tube runs on the passenger side right along the bottom of your headlights. There is a quick disconnect closer to the headlight washer nozzle.

If you look along the line, closer to the nozzle, theres a blue sleeve. If you look closer to the blue sleeve, you should see what looks like a 'spring', but not a metal one. slide the blue sleeve towards the "springy" side and pull.

Are you going to remove it permanently or replace it?

If you are going to do remove it permanently, simply disable it with coding. Way easier!
