Hood help

OK well a week ago i got into a accident and wrecked my hood and front bumper. Long story short i went to my local bmw junk yard and picked up this hood to replace the other one. After i just finished wrapping it i noticed that the front hangs over the head lights a bit much!! is there anyway to fix this any suggestions would be great !!!

Looks like you got an E92 hood for an E90? Or vise versa? That's probably your issue

Who installed your hood? It adjusts left and right and front and back once you LOOSEN the 4 nuts, think 10-14mm, holding it up on the brackets.

You have hood stops in your radiator support bar that turn either direction to affect closing gap.

You also have the two hood catch brackets on left and right of the front of the hood that adjust up and down, affecting closing gap.
