Hi all,

So I've just retrofitted a NBT into my 11/12 F31.

Coding wise - modified build date, added the VOs & coded the NBT & Kombi.

NBT no issues with the NBT...... but with the Kombi I get this message on the NBT:



Should I seeing this message, if not - does my Kombi (it's the basic cluster) really need updating with a build date of 11/12?

Also, the Service History is still showing the donor cars details? Is this related to above?

Any help would be appreciated.

you may try to VO Kombi with the same FA you coded NBT

I've actually tried coding it with my original VO (my back up) & I still got the same message this time on my entry_hu.

Is the Kombi faulty?

No with the FA u coded nbt with

do you have 6WA extended cluster or regular?
if you have 6WA did you transfer the MOST connectors over to your new quad block?

KOMBI is a dependent ECU of HU_NBT. You do not necessarily need entire vehicle on same I-Step, but you do need dependent ECU's to match.

Could you explain further?

I have the basic Kombi and have coded it with the same VO I use to code the NBT.

I've ensured KOMBI_CIC = kombi_low.

The mode button on the steering wheel does nothing but the voice calling, tel & volume do.

I'm not using a emulator - I had the fsc codes, so used a .bin file to activate the nav & voice calling.
