Dealer Lease Quote M550

Guys getting a $81625 msrp M550 with 5 K out of pocket + Fleet Discount + 2000$ BMW 5 series Rebate for $907 a month including 7 % NJ tax. 3 year 10k miles . Dealer said selling price is straight invoice deal then the incentives . Is this a good deal ??

59% residuals on 18 M550s. Dealership in New Jersey . I asked three other dealerships all said we have to build one for you and see what the programs are 2 months out. And this dealership has one the way I want built sitting at the port Germany . Please chime in and help out. Thanks!

I was not familiar with the 5 Series rebate being a qualifying incentive for M550 or MY2018...will need to double check on mine:

Aside from that, yes, I know of several dealers only selling M550 at MSRP. The 59% residual for 10K hurts, but that's what it is right now. Also MF just went from 0.00146 to 0.00150 for May. Without doing the math, it sounds like a reasonable deal, but just ensure you are getting their buy rate on the MF. As for out of pocket, just depends on how much you want to shell out to lower monthly payments.
