Update modules on Fxx

Hello,

I would like to update my BMW X4 F26 to the lastest firmware version for each module and have a few questions :

I have an Enet cable

1/ Is it better to use ISTA/P or E-Sys with Enet cable ?
2/ Can i update module 1 by 1 and avoid external power supply ?
3/ Can i update only motor (DDE) and Transmission ?
4/ How many time doest it takes for DDE for example ?
5/ Is it really risky ? (i did some coding with e-sys, everything is ok)

I have find this tutorial, did you allready test it ?

Thanks for your support

You need a external power source to update ECU's.

It is riskier than coding.

Both E-sys and ISTA-P work. You must use Expert Mode if you want to individually select ECU's in ISTA-P.

For updating, you need to check dependencies.

Time depends on software jump and which ECU's you are updating.
