Integrated Chassis Module

So my F31 with adaptive suspension threw up the 'Chassis: Drive Moderately' warning 2 weeks ago and it went in for diagnosis today.

Long and short of it is they need to fit a new ICM and the part is on back order. Seems it will be at least a week to get one from Germany, and maybe longer.

Anyone else have this problem and anyone know why it's on back order? I see from searches on here that the normal cause is a defunct sensor (which I presume feeds the ICM).

And in the meantime they've lent me a crappy 320d manual

So that's what ICM stands for! Often wondered when I see it whilst coding.

But not in BMW UK stock? And not immediately available from Germany? I smell a rather nasty pong to suggest they have a problem with this part?
