Newbie with F36 saying hello...

Hi all, new onto the forum and wanted to say what a great forum with lots of comeraderie and support shown to its members.

Had my F36 435d XDrive MSport for a couple of weeks now and have to say it's a very nice drive, a real cruiser on the A roads and capable on the twisty stuff.

Looking to do some subtle mods, but already de-badged and another mod which doesn't seem to be popular. I have factory sun protection (ugly kid) glass to the rear which makes the fronts driver and passenger windows look a bit odd, so I've had those tinted to 80% (still legal and letting 80% of the light through). It's a subtle change but for £100, one I like. Next up:

Rear diffuser
Black exhaust tips
Black grills
CF trim to dash and handles
ACS Springs
Possible remap

Hello and welcome!! Did the forum inspire these mods as it always does?

What colour did you go for?

I've got the same car in carbon black.

Mods list looks similar to mine as well.

The forum made me consider the springs, I'll be looking into that further.

Mine is Black Sapphire...I had a 535d MSport in Carbon Black, still one of my favourite colours, shame you don't see that many around.

I'll get some pics up once I make them smaller!

BTW a small victory, I managed to get my @btinternet email going through into the connected drive!
