Some audio system questions

I am considering going fully aftermarket for the audiosystem. But I need some good information to help make a final decision.

1. Can I order a car without a radio (delete radio option)

2. Is a non-ZTP M3 dash identical to the 328/335 dash?

3. If it is...has anyone put a double DIN headunit in this dash?

4. Does anyone have a diagram of the standard system layout with regards to speaker locations?

5. Finally, where can I get part numbers for the premium sound under the seat sub-woofers? I would consider using the OEM subs with their underseat location, which I like.

6. Should I consider a crosspost at E90post?

Thanks for the help.
