Wrap Coverage

I'm about to get my M2 wrapped. From what I can tell from posts of those who have done this, I should get full front, full rockers, and full haunches (beyond the factory piece on the rockers). I'm also going to get the top of the rear bumper done.

Is this right? Am I missing anything?

Bruce, that's exactly what I did, minus the rear bumper. Which I now regret because i backed into a low hanging branch and scratched it. Your plan is solid!

Remind me, did you use Benchmark in Lynnwood for a coating as well as the wrap? What did they charge for the wrap?? Are they good?

Exactly, Benchmark in Lynnwood. I literally cannot say enough good things about them. I was super impressed. They even had a loaner car. The owner manually adjusts the patterns to grow them by a little bit so every piece extends beyond the panel and wraps over the panel edge. So it eliminates most lines ans areas for dirt to get trapped. Really just a super job and a heck of a nice guy to work with. Cost was $2400 (including tax) for Xpel ultimate, removal of the OEM rear fender PPF, and removal of my OEM spoiler as I went with the M Performance carbon spoiler. I dont recall the pre-tax quote for just the Xpel. I think it was right around $2100.

No coating. I'm a weekend warrior detailer on my cars so I'll be doing a quartz coating on my own. I do know Benchmark does them though. He will be my backup plan in case I botch my attempt up.

Get the "B" pillars as well. You wont regret that. The black pieces will scratch really easy.
