335s all over Boston
So I've noticed a high number of 335s of all sorts. I'm amazed but it is a damn good car. However I find myself having mixed feelings. Its like yeaaaa 335 is awesome but I don't want to be a regular, we're enthusiast.
Why I've taken a few steps to stay stock looking but with those few tweaks to be dif. Like exhaust which if you look at my rear you can tell lol, some CF here and there, and tints. But anyway how do you all feel? This morning I saw the first FULLY modded 335 around here. It was parked at BU. Had black wheels, exhaust, lip, spoiler. It was sexy! Going home a cutie driving a E92 335 was behind me. On Sat I saw 5 within 2 hrs. Cgillio and I were debating on what BMW was what, from seeing its front LOL.

Yup, there are two in my building that are AW and mine will be the third.
I've been driving a loaner 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 LT Crew Cab. It's rare for now but I think I'd rather be one in a hundred (thousand soon?) in the 335i In all honesty - I think we notice because we care about these cars and I bet most other people don't. I also saw three E92 M3s this weekend.

yeah, at least I know I made a good choice hehe.
I just like when other owners are checking out my tips, "mine aren't that big".

ahaha don't say that. BTW I never can find you when I'm around lol.
I bought CF mirror covers, CF "pillars" for window, blackline tail lights, smoked side markers, and new angel eyes from piaa. Think thats it for awhile.

In response to your post. As one of the many 335 owners in Boston area. We all hate the feelings of driving the same car as someone else which makes the car not so unique afterall. But the thing is no matter what kind of car you drive, there is always going to be somebody else driving it. Even for ppl for spend 1 million on Bugati Veyron might still run into some 1 who has the same car. Though the only thing i hate is when ppl can't tell the diff between a 328 or 330 from a 335. It kind of pisses me off sometime. It makes me wonder why BMW didn't do anything to make the diff more distinguished in terms of how it looks(other than the obvious exhaust).

altho i own a e92 328xi, i felt very special driving around the first few months when i got the car. I bought the car almost immediately after e92s are released, no e93s and no 335xi. Where ever i drive to, the car draws too much attention that i felt uncomfortable with people looking into my non-tinted windows.
but quickly a few monthes later, i see more and more E92s on the street and my car was no more unique. then one day in a computer science class i got bored and started searching pictures of bmws. I found e90post.com and waht a mistake that was lol I noticed the majority is 335 owners and started looking into performance figures. thats when the mixed feelings got into me and started regreting every time i see 335s on the street |

not too many in the cape. I never see any modded e90's or e92's.
