There is a member here selling a gift certificate for DPE wheels and i was wondering if it is worth it. Is this certificate legit, and will and vendor here honor it?

According to Hunter, the certificate is non transferable.

You have to buy directly from DPE.
Last year DPE gave away some of these Certificates on a meet ( I believe it was SoCal- I could be wrong) and people try to sell them here and DPE was so upset about it. I tried to get one but since I was in Canada I wanted to make sure that they will honour the Cerificates. So I called them and they said they have every right to no to Honour it.
I noticed that you are also from Canada . I will encourage you to do the same . - Contact DPE before buying it.

Note : In my case actually the person who was selling it asked me to contact DPE before buying it. Good guy

technically not transferable.

But only if DPE finds out.....so keep posting here to kill it.

You have to buy directly from DPE...not a reseller/vendor.

He is from Canada and it has to be shipped to Canada (Unless he uses Mailbox in US). that will definitely tell DPE that there is some thing is not right.
Better to play safe than sorry.

and you get 50% off on the wheel which equals 1k - 2k. i would rethink that.
