Mostly because we are more densely populated than mainland Europe, we have about the same population as france but just over 1/3rd of the land mass

The article reads like they are going to be spending more on smart motorways and average speed cameras - YAY

I note for the top spot the M25 between 15&16 was chosen.

As someone who has gone from 8 right round to 16 at least 2 or 3 times a week for the last ten years, I can safely say that the following should get an honorable mention:
8-9
9-10
10-11
11-12.... etc

you get the picture.

Surprised that Edinburgh was one of the most congested.

I agree that the city bypass can be a pain in the peak hours, but didn't think it was more severe than other larger cities.

Going to be worse since this clowncill have introduced 20 mph throughout the city.
