M Performance Suspension

Anyone that's looking for M Performance springs, here's the update I got from the local dealer. I'm likely to go this route to keep warranty, when available...

Still due to be launched in Germany late quarter 4...so all going to plan before end of Dec 2016...

From there we should be able to get a better idea of when we will see here in Aus and some kind of pricing...

My first post on here but not goods news

I called Trivett BMW parts in Sydney to get a price for this kit, the part number is 33502414216

$2,988.95 incl GST

I asked if any kits were arriving and the parts guy said no kits have been ordered on BMW Australia parts system.

If you want the kit it's a special order ex Germany shipping would be about 3-4 weeks, provided Germany has them in stock.

What a joke! Price gouging at it's best, only at BMW.

I called my dealer today and got the same exact info(BMW Melbourne Southbank). The kit is showing on their computer with a $3k price tag just for parts, then add labour and you're looking at $3500 installed!! And they need to special order it from Germany if you want it.

Madness. ACS or Dinan offer warranty on related parts. That might be the way forward...

Over here: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...191427&page=27

The spring kit is shown and a UK dealer is suggesting they are only $1700 AUD (GBP 1,000).

Much more palatable. Be good to get Stuart's view on how different, if at all, they are from the KW HAS kit.

PLEASE.. No one buy these at that outrageous price. Vote with your wallets.
BMW Australia shameless price gouging at its best.
