Spool at Robeks

I saw you and two others at Robeks. I was the one with the other 335. I must say your car looks much better in person than in pictures.

thought about it but decided not to for some reason. I've actually met you before. I used to work at BMW of Fairfax and was good friends with your SA Bogdan, so I heard about the all the issues you had with your original 335. I really like the wheels too, they are just a real pain to keep clean. Now I just need to get some of the other mods I have planned done.

Well to start they were losing money with the new service facility, so they hired a corporate prick to cut costs. He started to screw everything up, I was actually in charge of the loaner fleet before I left. It is getting much better there is a new GM there and they are actually starting to phase out Enterprise and just have an in house loaner car fleet. I'm actually going to be roommates with the new Loaner car manager. Bogdan is apparently starting as at Passport BMW today. I might be back at Fairfax relatively soon as a Service advisor once the prick has gotten fired, which is going to be really soon. If you are needing to go there in the near future, go with the advisors Brian or Frankie. They will take care of you.

Glad to see Bogdan at Passport, he's a good guy and another reason to go to Passport.

He is a great advisor. I started about the same time as him and my constantly researching 335s got him interested and led to his purchase of his. Then he got fired from Fairfax because he told the aforementioned corporate prick how he felt about him and how he was running things. Their reason was his CSI was low which was complete and utter bull...

For new customers they will usually do that but at any point and time you can request whomever you want. So if you know somebody there you can always request them over who you would be otherwise assigned to. Passport might be different than Fairfax but in the end you should be able to choose which advisor you want to work on your car.

it works that way so you dont have to keep working with somebody that you have a problem with. At any service department there are good advisors it just sometimes takes some time to find them. So if you have a bad experience there is no reason why you can request somebody else.
