Akra exhaust vid w/ custom tune

Just a quick vid of an F80 M3 featuring:

- Akrapovic downpipes
- Akrapovic evo exhaust system
- Custom tune giving additional crackle on the overrun

If anyone would like further info on tuning or exhaust options for their F8X I'd be happy to help.

Are you able to tune the crackles to suit? I.e if a customer wanted more crackles or less?

Yes. Can have 'pops' or 'burble' too.

Quick question on the custom tuning - how does affect the warranty? With ConnectedDrive it is my understanding that the moment it gets plugged into BMW's service computer all information on the vehicle is readily available. Is this a correct assumption?

Is this a full custom tune or a flash tune?

Can the custom tune be coded to remove or reduce cold start?

We can't make any guarantees regarding warranty, but what we have done (successfully) in the past is flash the vehicle back to standard before going to the dealer and customers have had warranty work honoured. Whilst this isn't F80 specific (yet to hear of any warranty issues on the F80) this has been on other F3X vehicles. BMW has been able to scan/read the vehicle well before connected drive, but this hasn't impacted warranty claims on tuned vehicles.

This is a custom tune.

Yes cold start delete is quite a common request and has been applied to this car as well.
Can't 'reduce' cold start, just enable it or disable it.
