Anyone in socal familiar with backend flash and logs?

i need someone to help me look at my logs and to see if everything is in order
then flash a backend map.
Needs to have some experience of course and be knowledgeable incase something goes sour. Thanks in advance.
located in LA but willing to drive to OC for assistance.
You will be compensated for your time with either cash, beer, cigarettes or whatever you choose.
