Dp Install Question
For background, these are VRSF v2 pipes that I picked up used. For those of you who have installed your own downpipes, how much space did you have between the rear turbo dp and the motor mount heat shield? I have a good amount of space between the subframe and dp, but further up the dp is only about 1/16" away from the motor mount heat shield. I tried to clock the dp differently but it shifts back to this position. |

Lmfao ..about as much space between the front and the rear . Great pic
But seriously I remember I bent that heat shield back and away, may have removed a bolt or 2 from it then just bent it back into place after all said and done. Make sure to drop the steering rack to give yourself some extra space as well.
