Dp Install Question

For background, these are VRSF v2 pipes that I picked up used.

For those of you who have installed your own downpipes, how much space did you have between the rear turbo dp and the motor mount heat shield? I have a good amount of space between the subframe and dp, but further up the dp is only about 1/16" away from the motor mount heat shield. I tried to clock the dp differently but it shifts back to this position.

I'm not sure that was the correct picture.

Lmfao ..about as much space between the front and the rear . Great pic

But seriously I remember I bent that heat shield back and away, may have removed a bolt or 2 from it then just bent it back into place after all said and done. Make sure to drop the steering rack to give yourself some extra space as well.

Thanks, man. I was going to dent it a little, but thought I'd check here before I start smacking it.

You should bend the one on front and get behind it. You'll see a little hole make sure you fit the correct part
