you may want to adjust your price for the motor mounts. FCP has them for $54.99 each. It comes out to $110 shipped.

Yah looked at what i paid, it was $118.40 shipped, Still paid like $930 for all of it so i think $850 shipped is a great deal.

way to over priced you buy OEM rod bearings for $300 and send them out to CALICO to get coated for 40/50$ and but the ARP bolts online

You'd still be left with the same potentially problematic tin/aluminum bearings but with even tighter clearances. VAC bearings are copper/lead and oversized to compensate for the coating thickness... And their bolts are not off the shelf ARP's.

The dumb question is the one unasked.

What are "extra clearance" ?

And why change the motor mounts?

BMW's S65 bearings Fail because the Bearings Clearances are TOO TIGHT, so these bearings are made with a very tiny amount of extra crank journal to rod bearing surface clearance so they ARE NOT to tight.

As far as Motor Mounts, its been Well documented that the factory motor mount tare quick and since the WHOLE Front end of the car comes off to do the bearings and the motor mounts are just hanging there its Most Certainly a great idea to change them at this time.

Gotcha. Difference in terminology.
And you're right: if you already have the mounts staring at you, might as well change them to something beefier.
