Battery charger/ tender

Hey guys looking for a good battery charger or tender for when I store my car in cold winter to keep car stabilized want the best battery tender you guys use also need it for my alfa 4c thanks!

New to BMW here.

Where to install the battery tender connection under the front hood? All I see is the positive (+) terminal under the red clip under the hood. Where is the negative (-) terminal?

A picture would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!
