Going to dealer with procede / backend flash

Before I get flamed, I searched a lot and couldn't find an answer to my question. I'm going to the dealer for a couple issues, one of them being my sunroof has an "anti trap" light on and keeps it from opening. Many people say it simply needs reprogrammed so I'm bringing it to the dealer next week. Will having my procede and backend flash installed be a problem for them to diagnose a sunroof issue? I could put the procede in map 0, but have never removed a backend flash as it came with my car when I bought it. Will the dealer inadvertently erase my tune attempting to program my sunroof? I'm not under warranty so I'm not worried about that.
Thanks,
Stephen

Those shouldn't be an issue, but first, have you tried to "reinitialise" the sunroof?

Thanks for the reply, but yes I've tried reinitializing it with no luck, hopefully it is something simple.

Please let us know what they tell you. I've had a heck of a time diagnosing a voltage error to the sunroof for years with the same symptoms you mention. Ive replaced the sunroof motor and it was no help, so it could be the wiring or the battery cable recall which I haven't had performed.
