F/S: 2008 s65 73k miles, may part out

Selling the engine I just pulled out of my 08 w/73k miles. Replaced the engine due to what I thought was a snapped rod. Once the engine was out and taken apart I learned that all rods and bearings (rod and main) were in tact. Crank is pristine. Engine had vac extra clearance rod bearings with arp hardware installed 13k miles ago and the bearings could all pass for brand new. Not sure what's wrong with the engine and you can learn more about it and see pics in my thread here:

Anyway I'm trying to decide whether to part out the engine or sell it whole. Engine is complete except there are no throttle actuators.

Unfortunately no. I'm pulling the heads this weekend and may know more after that. Right now the only indicator I have is a clank when the valves on cylinders one and three open. Thinking the problem is in the valve train but will verify that when the heads come off.
