Trans mount install problem?

I've installed transmission mounts multiple times before without any problems.
This time, I installed the stiffest one yet, the red UUC bolt through mounts.
I can now hear gear noises, like grinding gears, when going over 30 mph or so. Is this normal, What would cause this?

normal with those mounts

Thanks, i was worried it would explode or something if i took it over 50. I don't really mind the noise, so i think i'll leave them in for now.

I have the black with no material increase in NHV.
