Bright affordable LED lights

I posted my LED upgrade info in the F22 2addicts forum. It should be a plug and play upgrade for the M2 as well.

Thanks for posting the write-up. Definitely interested in (at least) after pics. Before pics sound like they might not be worth the effort!

I posted a few pics, they don't do the lights justice though. They were definitely worth it for me. I resent being behind a Toyota with LED lights while my BMW has cheap incandescent bulbs.

Hopefully someone with an ///M2 can jump in and install these lights; Much thanks to the OP for doing the legwork; I believe he has an M235, so you would think if it hasn't thrown any codes for him, it *should* be OK for the M2...

However, I am finding that this car tends to be a bit picky. I had a set of LED turn signals installed. Got the link from a fellow member who has run them on numerous cars without issue. Last night they went completely wonky on me. Dash lit up with error messages. The headlights kept trying to level themselves, and my left sided halos went out. Went back to stock lights and it's all good.

I'm not giving up; I ordered the LED turn signal lights that were provided in the original thread; if they work out, I'll give rears a shot...

I hope they work on your car. I think the chances are good.

Thanks for posting! I misread your instructions originally and didn't realize the red and white LEDs were from the same source. I'm going to give these a try too.
