Stream Video on phone to navi screen ....

I stream my youtube videos, the audio only, through my car.

How can I see the actual video on the Navi screen too ?

2016 m235i with tech package and enhanced bluetooth

I already have it coded so I can watch dvd's when the car is moving, just FYI

You need additional hardware for wireless streaming to head unit.

Yeah. I do not personally have the system but have read reviews from happy consumers on sister forums. I have Video in motion enabled but hardware like this provides a nice feature which expands what can be displayed, including allowing passengers to quickly and easily connect their devices.

All solutions that I have found, including the XCarLink, require a Multimedia interface, which opens up even more possibilities for camera add-ons as well as content, plus compatibility with either AirPlay for IOS devices Miracast/ Allshare cast/ Screen Mirroring for Android devices. I have not seen any so far for Intel WiDi.
