69k 2008 335xi bad transmission problem please help

Well I just put E60 in the car and was doing some logs did a 1-2 shift and my transmission went ape **** on me here. When I shifted from 1-2 it just went hog wild like it jumped back to 1st and gear hit like 8k rpms tires squealed as I was jolted forward Gear light came on inside the car 4x4 light stability control etc. Shut the car off and restarted... everything gone. It happened again when I tried it once more... didn't try after that. It always shifted hard from 1'st to 2'nd after I did my Alpina B3 v2 flash last week or 2. I was manual shifting with the gearshifter.... Could this be from the Alipina V2 flash I did? The car also seemed to lurch after that flash too on other gear shifts. I thought I toasted my transfer case at first. I hooked up the MHD flasher pulled the code and only thing I seen was a 2D58 code (DME digital motor electronics, internal failure: control nominal torque?) that was a shadow code along with 2FA3 shadow coding missing.... Should I flash my trans back to stock? See what happens then? 69800 miles on the car still have a warranty until 102k

I was planning DPs and inlets tomorrow but thats a big job and if I need to conbvert to stock for warranty.... Well u know its gona be alot of work....

I'd suggest to rever back the TCU to original, clear codes and try to replicate. If it happens again take it to dealer.

I flashed the transmission back to stock. It is so much smoother in manual mode under WOT but the shifts feel not as firm. Its not a slam like it was before and I have not had one problem with it so far.... Just got done ripping around for about 30 minutes just a cylinder 1 misfire I'm working on now. We will see now.... Also had a slip once or twice 1-2 shift with the alpina flash that never happens under stock flash. Idk gona stick with stock neways because I have a warranty. 1 less thing I have to do to take it in.

My stomach dropped bad when it happened nothing feels worse than a car shifting to 2nd for a short peroid then slamming back to 1st with the RPMs at 8k and all the lights including the gear one right in the center
