Hi, don't know if you managed to get this sorted but i on a whim ordered a set of brake discs through my motor factors for my car - cost £793 for all 4 corners (no pads) and while they came in Pagid boxes they were stamped with the 'M' logo and made in germany etc. I thought it was Brembo that were OEM - maybe it varied but the discs look identical to what is on the car and with it having a M badge stamped on it one would think they are OEM discs but just in Pagid boxes.

In any case much cheaper than dealer rates - i can post pictures up if it would help.

I will check which motor factors but I ordered through my mate who runs a Mercedes independent garage in Hamilton/Scotland. He called and ordered them on Saturday when I was in seeing him and they arrived with him on Monday - I was convinced they would be the wrong discs for the car as the price seemed too cheap and was expecting standard 5 series discs if i was honest but there you go, the pictures of the discs and invoice is clear!

You might get some luck with googling the part numbers from the invoice (which match whats on the box).

Quick update on this. Spoke to my mechanic and he said this price was through his factor who he asked me not to give out as i was not supposed to divulge the price - oops - and account which gets a certain discount. What he did say was that any indi with those part numbers would be able to get similar price/discount but that the factors deal with trade only.

Try www.genuineautoparts.com

I've bought quite a bit from them. They're based in Australia, but ship BMW parts from Germany direct to UK. Loads cheaper.

Their website parts search is a bit poor, best to have the full BMW part number from realoem etc then search for that on their website.

Oh just checked, their website says "returning soon" , maybe they've gone bust!
