OEM jack/wrench/pump/etc. fit in cavity next to battery
Added a little padding for noise and keeping away from wires. I am putting together a spare tire and will post details once figured out.

Looks like a good place put to the jack. I put mine in the trunk in the right side storage area with the netting, but I'll have to consider using your location.

Mine were already in that spot when I took delivery.

Yes you can hide the jack well, but the bigger question is how will you hide the spare wheel itself? Usually the jack fits inside the centre of the spare wheel.

Yeah, I already had a jack and wrench but no foam kit. Plus I figure I could use the interior of the spare for soft luggage, etc. I have a convertible, so every cubic inch matters to make sure I can put the top down.
