Anyone Replace Interior Trim?
Looking at a car for dad really don't like the red trim. Has anyone replaced? Haven't seen the car in person yet to see if it's an easy remove and replace or not, worst case could vinyl wrap I suppose.

The dash and the air vent trim is easy to do, not sure about the door strips though! It goes with the rest of the trim though as you have red stitching on the seats and steering wheel.

I wrapped the narrow trim strips on my doors as best as I could without removing them. They may come off, but I've searched high and low and not found any example of someone doing so. Rumor has it that they're attached with clips that require pulling the inner door panel to get at, but that's rumor. Even looking at an exploded parts view of the door you can't tell exactly how they're attached.

Maybe I'll just try to work it into the deal and have the dealership swap everything for me before delivery. |

Here's how to change out trim, seems simple enough, I have the black/brushed aluminum combo and was actually looking to get the red sport line trim like you got, but will probably just get the carbon fiber set. Good luck

I'm in the same situation, I just have the red line on the dashboard (nothing red elsewhere.
I would love to swap only the red line, but is very hard. Buying the whole piece here is imposible, (the only dealer in the country would charge me a really awful amount of money for the part) where can I Buy the same black piece, but with brushed aluminium instead of the red line? Does anybody know the part number and the place to buy it from? Jack |
