Thinking of picking up a parents hauler

I need something to drive my parents around, buy larger items for my new house and winter drive it. I've been eyeing a E70 3.0si (N52), test drove one today and it was pretty decently powered for what it is. Any inputs?

Car is spec as follow:
monaco blue with saddle brown
2008 e70 3.0si (n52)
CCC nav, para roof, comfort access, active seats, winter pkg
180,000km (~110,000 mls)

good: VCG done, tranny fluid done, water pump done, OFHG done, suspension seems solid.

bad:need windshield, stock rims/tires (RFT almost done, so i need to pay for 2 sets of tires), sunroof will tilt but not slide open.

all these for 15k cdn (~11.5k USD)

Any other cars in this price range will surprise me?
