Recognized straightaway that mountain road (00:40 - 06:30): it's the "Monte Bondone" in Northern Italy (Trentino Alto Adige). Driven it already numerous times (ski resort at the top).

Every Summer it hosts the Trento-Bondone hillclimb race: it's the longest (public road) track on the FIA European Hill Climb Championship calendar (17.3 km or 10.75 mi). 66th edition will be held on July 2-3, 2016.

Shmee150 mentions that the LBB M2 is a press car which BMW lent to a customer who will take delivery of his own M2 later this month.

I'm almost 100% sure that it's our forum fellow "MR." driving that M2. Few weeks ago he mentioned driving in Northern Italy in the April 9-10 weekend. I pointed out that Stelvio Pass is still closed, unlike Monte Bondone. MR., if you happen to read this: enjoy the ride.

Latest news is that I moved my delivery one week ahead to fit my planning. Yes I know... I moved it ahead! It shows something about my busy schedule ahead of me. It will be the most ultimate squeeze to get it done, and it just fits before leaving to Gumball 3000.
Also I will be able to do the press drive I planned... You will a lot of this car online soon. I will make sure to start a separate post daily or every two days updating you on my findings. It is a LBB with DCT, and feel free to drop me questions when I have any. It is the least I can do to help us all waiting for our new car.
For your information, I was offered the press car because of my special position as a manager in the world of social media. It will mean you will be seeing this car a lot across many different YouTube and social media channels. So stay tuned for more soon.

I did Passo die Pennes once in October 2014, it was wicked, but that one will definitely be closed. It is so high. Sella Ronda is slightly south east of that. Is it already open do you think? Going to be there on the 9th of April.
Else we will definitely go up to Vason next to Trento. That pass is always open both ways, if there is no snow falling of course, because it is a ski resort. We did it last year in April, and the year before in October.
Going there down to Lake Garda and then to Brescia for the night.

Lots of cool M2 footage in that video, let's hope it is MR in the M2 as would love to hear his thoughts on how the car held up against those supercars.
