Lighting, clock, and fuel range issues

I've noticed that my night interior lighting is not dim when I start the car at night. I like to have my lighting as dim as it will go, but the car is no longer saving that preference.

Also, my clock is now always running slow a couple days after I set it and the fuel range is very slow to increase after I pump gas.

Anyone else seen this before?

Battery is probably dying. It can cause all sorts of odd things in these cars.
