Key fob mods?

Since the key fob is a regular 2 series one... Are there any good modifications?

There is a trim ring around the key. I would love to see someone pop it out and paint the M stripes.

I wrapped the silver buttons on my mistu key in 3m gloss. very moldable with a heat gun, retains the impressions of the button symbols, no funky edges. it almost looks professionally painted. I might try this again with the bmw fob.

Thirteen bucks, add 10 for shipping to the US (their in Canada) gets you three metallic looking plastic/vynal stickers. Color wise the Estoril blue color looks close enough to LBB.
