Yes. Push rear seats down. Undo the bolts under rear deck. Pull off to top deck facia. There is a motor that pivots 180 degrees. It pushes and pulls two rods like in a truck tailgate. The center has a tensioned coil. Open the case of the coil and it will relax. Using a big flathead screw driver.....try and twist the spring to a reasonable load and close the case. Re assemble and boom, Bobs your uncle. You should count turns and go only as high as needed. The spring assists motor on blind up motion but helps on closing blind too. I'm sure you'll see when you get into it.
