Bridgestones.....how long do they last!!!
330d just been in for it's first service at 18K miles and there is still 6mm on the rear tyres and 7mm on the front. I will never get rid of them at this rate.
Do they normally wear this slow? My last E90 330d wore tryes much quicker than this! |

I got fed up last year after 20k miles and seeing they'd barely worn 2mm.. I got a slow puncture and just decided to change the whole lot at that time!

I drive mine 'well' and all b and a roads some motorway.
Just changed one original rear after 36k miles, both fronts still have 5mm! Other rear changed due to an accident. Pretty good miles per pound IMO!

My rear Bridgestones are close to 3mm now after 19k miles (on the summer set), the fronts still have about 6mm. However I will replace the complete set with MPSS soon after switching back to summer tyres in spring.

I seem to be one of the few who didn't get Michelin's or Bridgestone's.
Anyone had any experience of how long the Pirelli's last on the F3x?

I had RFT Bridgestones on my recently departed 328i.
I found that the tyre wear wasn't much. My fronts were at time of inspection were around 4 to 5mm, with the rears at 5 & 7mm tread depths. I measured the depth before inspection & found to be around the same. One of the rears was replaced in the summer. This was around 30k, give or take a few thousand when running on winter set up. The 340i gets picked up tomorrow, with Goodyear boots, not sure how long they will last. |
