Mods and Gtechniq

Cars booked in for this Thursday at 07:50.

Detailers address has already been sent to car

My much deliberated mods are only a few days away.

1. Rear M Perf spoiler (OEM)
2. Gloss black from grills (OEM)
3. Full Gtechniq system (already have this on our RRE)

Very excited and some pics to follow

Nice!! Mines booked in on Friday to have a full correction and winter protection, it's in pretty good shape due to the age (2months old) but it wasn't perfect from the factory and I want it that way.

Are you having a correction before the g-tech?

Where do you guys go for detailing and how much do you pay?

I'm thinking of getting some winter protection

Paid 400 for new car protection, some paint correction involved plus have it a Obe stage Polish all over, then gtechniq ceramic and then exov2, c5 on the wheels...

Absolutely mate as you can't get one done properly without the other !!!

Good work and hope you'll be happy with the results

I'm using a guy (Tom) from TKDetailing in Basingstoke whom was recommended by an M4 owner here in our forum.

Ive had a running dialogue with Tom for the past few months during which time he's been awesome!!

And judging by the cars he works on my modest little ride should be in great hands.

Pics n review to follow

I really do think this car suits AP incredibly

Just a few little tweaks needed to achieve the "Ultimate Driving Machine"....

Next on my exterior mods list is ACS as the xdrive seriously does need this from an aesthetic perspective if nothing else...!

That's pretty much what I had done to the wife's Evoque and I was very happy with the results.

Can't remember what I've got planned with Tom but it covers off all the essentials etc !!

Any chance you could PM me Tom's details please as basingstoke is close enough to warrant the trip, if he is worth it.
