RIP Jonah!

Very sad to learn of death of Jonah Lomu at the young age of 40. He had been ill but didn't realise the writing was on the wall for him.

The most devastating rugby player I've ever seen play the game, an absolute legend.

The Kiwis must be hurting especially given the untimely death of Jerry Collins earlier this year.

I remember Will Carling saying 'I hate that man' after Jonah single handedly annihilated England in the mid 90's I think.....Absolute legend.

Isnt it particuarly poignant that such a specimen of power and skill should be cut down in what should have been his prime.

Makes you think about money and whats important at any time in life so...next time I spec a car, let it rip. Lifes too short.

The death of a rugby star encouraging you to spec up your next car. This is Masters level man maths - I congratulate you

I remember going to an All Blacks / England match at Twickenham probably in the late 90s. He made England look like they had brought out their under 12s team!

Hey hold on - |I'm not trivialising this - I'm simply saying whats important in life.
There are people on here tearing out their hair and under great stress cos they cant afford the Head Up display and the fancy headlights.

Greatest winger ever, and a total game changer when he came on scene in 95.

Remember Mike Catt's infamous attempted tackle as Lomu went down the wing for a try ? No disrespect to Catt, but he was literally brushed aside.

Great player. Great shame that his career and ultimately his life were cut short.

Absolute tragedy, I wasn't aware he had been ill.

Reading things like this does put things into perspective.

Fantastic player. A total monster in fact.

Would not like to have been a full back facing one of his charges with a few million people watching!

When he burst on the scene with THAT performance it was incredible. No one that big should be that fast or agile, incredible fast twitch muscle legend!

RIP Jonah.
