headlight module

Hi, I am a new member.I have been told I need a "headlight module ($870). From my research that is the same as a ballast control unit. Am I right and where is the best place to buy it?

Lcm "light control module"

If that's new, then it's cheap. I recalled bimmer dealer usually wants $1200 range
