Lease Take Over:2013 335i Xdrive Gva
I am trying to see if anyone is interested in take over my lease. It is 2013 335I xdrive black sapphire with black interior and with about 22000km. It is a 4 year lease due at Dec, 2017. Mileage allowance is 64,000km. Options as follow:
Premium package M sport package 19" M wheels M brake (Blue M caliper) Front and rear parking sensors. Mods: M performance front lip(painted top portion and left bottom matte black), rear diffuser, spoiler, and exhaust. H&R sport springs 19" Works Gnosis GS1 with black center and silver lip with General All season tires. (additional $2000) 50% tint for front window and 30% tint for all rear windows. Monthly payment is $800 taxed in, this is a very good deal as I got a great discount from the sales person. The person who would like to take over this car will get all the above mentioned mods with stock parts except for the WHEEL. All I am asking is you pay lease transfer fee and $2000 if you want the work wheels. The lease interest rate is 0.9% and the buyout at end of lease is around $25000

fyi, my friend (in Vancouver) just got a 48 months lease for $815 all included for a 2015 335xi mperformance limited edition with $0 down. Therefore, you may have to readjust your asking offer.

Thats a pretty sick deal. given my M sport 2013 one is 775 after taxes and I had to retro fit M performance goodies on.

orig. his SA wants $845 per month all included on a Suzuka Grey (given SA claims he has a second interested buyer willing to give a bit more than that) so SA made a proposal to my friend that if he takes $815 per month all included on another car (exact same spec) of Grey Black individual exterior color, brand new, he can have that one and SA will offset it by selling the Suzuka Grey at around $860 per month to the other guy. So, in other words, dealer wins on both cases by averaging it out $840 per month all included and able to get rid of a one year old cars off their inventory. |

thanks for the advice, but also the timing since the 340i is out now I can see 335 prices going down. if I have to loose too much money for someone to take over I will just drive it until its time to return since I am just doing this so I search for something I might like better.

Then you probably will be driving this till lease return. It doesn't seem like your willing to budge and knowing this is probably why nobody has taken up your deal.

most dealer will entertain you by offering you to get out your existing lease (approx. 6 months before lease term expiration) and into another bimmer. It may be win-win for both dealer & you, per se. Therefore, you are looking at just 18 months more on your term.

Maybe there is somebody out there that wants a short term lease.
My advice, sell it as is with 0 down from your buyer. Also offer to pay the transfer fee 50/50. Or call your SA and tell him/her you want something else... I "sold" my leased 2014 x5d for $1000. Got a 335i m performance estoril blue with everything you can imagine on it + all protection plans for $900 month. (which i will sell in about 18-24 months) Good luck with your sale |
