Don't mean to jack the thread, but I have some questions about it. Is it worth $700-$900? What price and where did you buy it from? Did you install it? If so, was it an easy install? Just trying to justify the cost. Don't get me wrong I think it's a very classy interior trim.

I think if you go with the Alcantara trim you gotta go with the Alcantara steering wheel also. It's freaking expensive and it's hard to maintain...

Thanks Den. You're right about the oem quality seems to be a bit on the cheap side considering paying for a $50k car. I notice those small quality details when it comes to my cars. I may replace it after I do my Dinan upgrades. I'm happy for now with my CF/Alcantara shift knob/e-brake.
MrBimmer, steering for me does not justify it even if I tracked my car and to lose my heating option for my cold package that I paid for. Maybe down the road when my steering wheel is mucked up. |
