Double Slat Grill with Body Color Surround Anyone?
IND is offering the double slat grill with body color surround, anyone have this and/or have a pic? Most curious to see how it looks in Estoril Blue. IMO, the black grills make openings to large and that with a body color surround it would be more consistent with air dam.

I always hated that body matched look (or the black kidneys on black car), you lose the pop and contrast of the kidney shape.

Negative opinions aside (and I agree that the sample picture is not good) but with the lip around the air dam vent (and a similar lip on the rear valence) the that shape and surround of the grill is similar, I think it might look better than chrome (which I have) and provide more contract than all black.
Compare the Estoril Blues in this pic, one has OEM grill, another with black. I think the grill loses definition in all black and makes the grill seem out of proportion. |

^ the one in that pic actually uses a matte silver/brushed aluminium look grille, looks quite nice. Not a fan of body colour matched grilles personally
