There are ways around it....Yes I paid for shipping but no tax implications....
Bottom line I'm afraid is that there are no reputable parts available for the M5 from within the UK... There are a few in Germnay (AC Schnizter) but absolutely loads from the USA, hence ive simply purchased all of my bits and bobs from across the pond and IND are always there to help so I would highly recommmend them |

drbru. How, if you don't mind me asking do you get around the tax thing? I ordered a few bits from IND, when the parcel got here I had to pay an extra £300 for all the duties etc!
Am looking for some carbon parts too but them duties, ouch! Tonylar78 have you tried http://www.scuderiacarparts.com/ |

Thanks FnK I'll have a look. I'm on the states soon and I'm just debating ordering some kit to a mates house and flying back with it. Don't fancy getting pulled at customs with a front spoiler to explain away

Hi Tony
Did you obtain a lip spoiler for your M5 I am just sending my M5 back to the lease company and had an RKP iND lip fitted that I had from the states when I first got the car. I had it finished in gloss black and cost in excess of £1000 with all the taxes etc. The only problem is the missus clipped it on the bottom of a pst and has caused small damage to the middle of it - it basically needs filling/sanding and respraying either body colour or gloss black (I had high gloss shadow line/gloss black grilles/wing vents/roof wrap/rear diffuser) I would let this go for £250 - £100 would see it perfect and fitted on your car. |
