New to the area - Need help.
Anyone here have any experience installing their own struts/springs? I am in need of help with people who has the right tools to help me bolt down a nut for my rear right struts. Its giving me these weird bouncing tire noise when going over small bumps. Its subtle but its annoying when the car is silent. I just move over from NYC and I don't know of any reputable mechanics that can help me out. Let me know. Thanks in advance.

Try the PNW forum over at DTM Power. I know quite a few of those guys work on their cars quite a bit (older BMWs.)

hey, welcome! sorry, but I have no useful information.. unless you want to take it to a shop. World One is probably the best in the NW.

i don't know any members with tools on hand for that kind of job. i would recommend you check out group 2 motorsports in seattle. one of the best performance suspension shops which won't charge you an arm and a leg..

Guess I am kinda screwed. Anyone can recommend a decent mechanics around Bellevue/Redmond area that won't rip me off? I am no where near rich and spending a few hundred is a big deal to me now, hope someone could shed some light. I know BMW Bellevue will definitely rip me off clean if I bring it to them...
