2016 3 series Canadian pricing
Dealers now have the 2016 LCI pricing for the 3 series. No price increases on the 320i x drive, $200 increase on the 328i x drive, and $500 on the 340i x drive. These are base price increases but now come standard with full LED lighting. Sport line is still $1500. I only saw the 328 pricing and packages. The old premium package is now called premium package essential. The premium package enhanced seems to combine the old premium package and executive package. New executive package. Sorry I don't have the full breakdown to share but for those interested their dealer should have all the details.

328 is still the designation for North America because they will continue to use the N20 engine. New 4 turbo is not for NA until next model year. As for LED lighting the Xerox page from BMW says 328 and 340 will now come" equipped with standard full LED headlights, replacing the previous Xenon headlights. These new headlights also feature the latest in BMW headlight design with a more pronounced dual corona."

I think I said in an earlier thread that the price they were charging for LED lighting on 2014 and 2015 4 series was crazy, since it would almost certainly be standard or a much cheaper option shortly. I'm assuming the LEDs will now also be standard on the 4 series.

I had the option of taking the premium package essentials and the enhanced on my 2015 F23 228i so this probably means that the Nav will no longer be standard on the LCI and will likely be part of the premium package enhanced.
Those who want free nav will probably opt for a 2015 model.

My premium package enhanced was $3250 and it only included Nav, Sirius XM, Backup cam, Front and Rear PDC, Auto Dimming Mirrors and heated steering wheel. It makes sense why they integrated the BMW Connected Drive package to the premium since all MY2016 models will get the new LTE Based NBT EVO system with the over the air map update. My 2015 228i is the only car in the MY2015 lineup to get it but I had to take Connected drive as a separate package.

Interesting. It shows active LED headlights as a $1,500 option on the 340i

Interesting also that the Carcost Canada report shows that freight is $985 on the F30. I think most dealers here in BC have a freight PDI charge of $2,295. Does this mean that most dealers charge and additonal discretionary $1,310 for prepping the car, fuel, and getting it ready to deliver to the customer?

There was at least one or two BC dealers here that CHARGE for fuel and floor mats (erm BMW Langley) as separate lines from the $2,095 Freight & PDI already charged.
